PVC Extrusions & Mouldings

Our company is also engaged in delivering PVC extrusions and moulding along with H.D.P.E extrusions and moulding etc. as per customer requirement and specifications. We are currently supplying P.V.C rigid pipes and various profiles in extrusion for different applications in the automobile, agriculture, electrical and construction industries. Our company is also supplying various components in mouldings finding application in the same industries.

Flock Channels

Flock Fabric Powder : Flock is precision cut lengths of nylon fibers. When applied by electrostatic means an attractive seamless fabric-like coating is created which can cover almost any surface inlcuding Aluminum, glass and plastics.
Flock has been around for years, technology and adhesives have improved so much that we see flocking more in our daily lives, printers use flock on T-shirts, perfume companies use flock in packaging, the automotive industry use flock for dashboards, glove boxes, ABC pillars and general interior components.
Almost any surface or object can be given a flock finish.The item or area has to be coated with a glue. The flock fiber is then charged electrostaticaly which causes the individual fibers to penetrate “end on” into the adhesive. This creates a high density pile effect of up to 150,000 fibers per sq inch, which gives a perfect flock velvet finish.
Flocking interior surfaces provides many advantages including: Masking unattractive substrates, Anti glare for dashboards, Reduced water condensation, Thermal Insulation, Noise Reduction etc

We are engaged in selling of Flock Fabric Powder and we offer all standard colors and sizes in the following ranges

Sizes of Flock Range from – 0.5mm to 1.2mm and 1.7 dtex to 3.3 dtex.

PVC Sleeves, Tubes and Steelwire reinforced pipes

Tubes and sleeves are extruded in the regular extrusion process but applying compressed air pressure from the interior surface of the tube. Tubes and sleeves made out of tpe have better product properties and life as compared to pvc.

Adhesive

We are suppliers of various types of adhesives to the flock manufacturing industry.

Metals

We sell copper rods in 8mm coil form, Annealed Copper wires ranging from 0.5mm onwards, Zinc Ingots of high grade and 9.5mm Aluminium Rods.

TPE Mouldings

Extruded profiles, Tubes, pipes & Sleevs, Steel wire reinforced hoses.
We offer a range of TPE extruded and Moulded profiles with the options of flock, these can be made as per customer requirements.
We are currently engaged in supply of flocked profiles to the local as well as international markets.
Thermoplastics is a upcoming range of raw material used widely accepted as an alternative to EPDM rubber.

TPE –Thermoplastic Elastomer or alternatively refered as Thermoplastic Rubber
Families of Polymers or Copolymers that will soften and flow when heated , but when cooled will exhibit dimensional stability and rubberlike properties, although they do not undergo the vulcanization or curing process.
Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) is a material that performs as thermoset rubber ,but can be processed as plastic
Having a hard phase having thermoplastic nature and a soft phase which is a elastomer.
Available in free flowing pellets like any other plastic and easy to handle unlike thermoset rubber.
Easy colourability and have lower specific gravilty.
Recyclable like any other thermoplastic material.
Lower specific gravity as compared to Thermoset rubber hence lighter weight and effective more volume of products.
Does not require any compounding ,a ready to use material in pellet form like any other plastic.
